  I called them asking for visa enquiries and the lady who answered the call was really rude and answered with just yes or no When I asked her if I should email her about the visa and all she replied no I want the passport and documents in a very rude toneVery bad quality of service Bad st impressions

  Respected gurneetWould like to thank grand travels for fabulous servicesAir vistara amazing service and new planes make holidays more funHilton millenium bangkokPlease convey my thanks to Mr Kapoor to offer deal better than online portals As for the hotel i will highly recommend this property Service level is so high that you wont see in any asian hotel We ordered breakfast in room and it was brought on a table with full service including a toaster in room to toast breads fresh for us Genuinely amazing breakfast in room for TBH We asked for water jet for toilette and they actually sent a plumber to fix water jets in our bathroom Not to mention huge bathroom with seperate bathtub and shower enclosure Gorgeous view of river from window it was actually like looking at a LCD free shuttle boat service to metro station every mins The best has to be the bed i have ever seen from venetian las vegas to taj rambagh palace jaipur It was huge fit for for adults and supremely comfortable Location is just bang adjacent to an amazing mall icon siam beautiful fountain show and best indian restaurant masala art View from rooftop bar is mesmerising Thanking grand travels and you for making this trip memorable

  Not so impressed by services i choose shimla kullu and that is worstPlace to visit never recommend anyone to Visit Kullu manali and nearby is much better U will get only mud and mud on kufri choose any place near by manali dharamshala n u will enjoy

  They over charge for hotels and resorts which are not even wirth visitingif you complain they say we asked you before finalising but if the hotelresort is not giving you the amenities that is not their responsibilitythey pcharge you super luxury ferry but give you ordinary one Quality of food we got was do food that my wife got food poisoning and when we asked for doctor they stopped responding yo my calls I was helpless for around hrs from the evening til next morning Even afterwards i could to reach to a pharmacist only there with the help of some localised pepole i could to reach to a hospital and got admitted It was a horrible experience
