  I have been doing the beginners class at Yog Amore since last months it has been a fantastic experience and I can see visible positive change in myself on a physical and emotional level I love the way Hugo sir conducts the class and gives importance to form of every member of the class he holds the attention in the minutes class in a very professional way and also gives his guidance post the class if one has any issues while performing the asanas look forward to association with Yog Amore for times to come

  I truly feel that being a Yog Amore Tribe community the journey has just started Apart from practicing various yoga poses gaining strength as well as balance my approach towards life has improved tremendously Once while practicing our teachers asked to practice yoga not to show others but do it for yourself and respect and listen to your body They are truly best

  Ayesha and Hugo have created a beautiful Iyengarinspired home studio in Sector B The space is decked out with all the props one would need to deepen their asana and practice The gift shop and cafe is a nice treat selling locally made bath and body products pottery and even some provisions The cafe is serving up a few daily options smoothies iced tea and fruit bowls for a nutritious postclass meal The outdoor communal space is also an added bonus to come and relax before or after class Great job guys

  I have been a member of the tribe for a month now I appreciate the way the teacher plans out the daily yoga classes I am in the early morning beginners and senior citizens class I look forward to the daily challenge of doing a little better each time under the watchful guidance and motivation by our teacher

  So i happened to attend my very first Yoga retreat hosted by Hugo and Ayesha from yogamoreshala The Mirage in Andretta i think its safe to say it was an experience quite like nothing i had expected The super hosts combined yoga with a luxurious holiday amidst the backdrop of a cutesy serene artist village in Palampur The property is a home you wished you had with sprawling acres of greenery and mud villas The hosts created such a positive space right from the word go All of us who attended the retreat came from poles apart countries languages ideologies and age groups bound together by the positive synergy led by our yogaguruseach day we woke up to a different style of yoga depending on how our bodies and mind felt and reacted followed by a breakfast buffet of sorts the entire food menu was overlooked and cocreated by our yogagurus consisting of healthy wholesome vegetarian food the whole atmosphere was so homely and friendly that each of us would sit for hours at the table dining and relishing the foodAn array of mindfully meticulated activities awaited us each day my favorite being the pottery lesson at Indias oldest pottery studio right outside the property other activities included a group hike to the mountain top visit to the world renowed artist Sobha Singh jis art gallery and a visit to Birs monastries for fun a few of us even stole some time to try out paraglidingafter concluding the daily activities we would have an hour and a half long yoga sessions consisting of a mix of restorative and yin sessionsThe last of the yoga evening sessions was concluded by a beautiful Cacao ceremonies followed by ecstatic danceAll in all I left with positivity and a much calmer mind that i couldnt wait to share as well cant thank Hugo and Ayesha enough for letting me be a part of this wonderful journeyi am leaving a few pictures here as my words probably dont do much justice hereeagerly waiting for their next retreat

  Ive been a member of the tribe for months now and the results have been spectacular both physically and mentally You upon up a whole new dimension of living by practicing yoga daily and Hartaj as an instructor walks the talk Couldnt have experienced a better way to introduce myself to yoga
