  They add fraudulent charges to the bill and dont respond to customer requests They will only be interested till the time you make the payment for the bike After that no query is responded Be very careful if you plan to buy a jawa bike

  Worst experience i have ever had I own cars two wheelers and first time i booked a bike with this agency of mahindra JAWA The staff is completely negligient at the time of booking they were all like sir would you like to have a tea or coffee bla bla Now its been months i am chasing them to get DELIVERY DATE not the vehicle itself From last two days i am trying all the numbers i have they either make it busy or cut the call Even today they are unable to give me exact date of delivery after months To all the future riders i would highly suggest you to not consider JAWA for any reason If vehicle delivery has this much issues imagine the later services Better go for other brand honda or Royal Enfield atleast they tell you exact on what date you will get the vehicle I never experienced this kind of behaviour where a company cant even tell the customer when he will get the machine

  I purchased a Jawa Classic Good service on the date of purchase by front end team and PDI team Full marks there However a bit Dissatisfied with aftersales response time unanswered calls Staff is likely highly overloaded and maybe too much pressure of new sales on them Overall Happy till now
