  I purchased Raleigh Big Sam fat tyre bike from here during lockdown The owner having monopoly in the region has increased prices by in one week Moreover the staff behaves like they are doing a favour on you by attending to you They dont know how to properly attend any customer and have exorbitant charges for service for simply oiling your bike and checking screws etc I recommend do not visit this store

  They are not customer friendly at allI previously bought a ghost bike from them which was goodI even used to do regular servicing of my bike from themDespite of being their regular customer The owner is rude He does not entertain me wellIf this happens with their regular customers then you can imagine how would they behave with the new customers

  Lousy attendant at the main desk older man In the middle of answering my inperson query he answered a phone call and kept on chatting while I waited After minutes I left Ridiculously unprofessional PS Glad I didnt buy the electric bicycle from these folks If theyre this lousy presales god knows how unprofessional theyd be postsales
